EXPORT DEPARTMENT - Documentation and Customer Service Team
Responsibilities
- Daily planning, organization, and coordination of Sea Cargo Export transports;
- Correspondence with internal and international teams and third-party agents to ensure that shipments are planned and completed efficiently, timely, and smoothly;
- Creation and timely submission of all necessary shipping documents (Bill of Lading / Shipping Instructions etc)
- Track the shipment to customer requirements and provide feedback;
- Prepared to complete the entire job, from file creation to invoicing;
Qualifications
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English language.
- Good knowledge of MSC Office (Outlook, Excel) and able to learn new software databases (i.e. ORIAN ERP).
- Team Spirit and Positive attitude, customer service mentality and attention to detail.
- Prior proven experience of minimum 2 years on the Export Documentation field in Freight Forwarding.
- Sufficient knowledge of incoterms, shipping terminology, Export procedures;
